excellent villa and service!

i experienced a complimentary room upgrade to a fantastic two-story villa, complete with a lovely sea view and a private pool! i did not book any dolphin or snorkeling tours in advance because those services are available right in front of the hotel. i was able to just hop on a boat whenever i wanted.
there was plankton in the water. this made my skin itchy after i swam so i just kept that in mind when letting my children in the water.

The resort is near the beach, a setting i appreciated. rice fields surround the area, giving views that stretch toward the mountains. I thought that was great. local attractions are easy to reach too.

The room included air conditioning. It also included a refrigerator. there are water stations throughout the resort. I thought that was so convenient. i recommend staying in a pool villa as it felt more private.

i thought all the staff members were really friendly and helpful. staff really makes a difference with personalized service, it was special.

Two excellent restaurants serve various tasty foods. The food was delectable. breakfasts offer an excellent selection to choose from each morning! the beach restaurant provides a great spot to relax and watch the sunset. I loved it
